EcoFair Stall Application – £25 refundable reservation fee

Thank you for your application for a stall. Your reservation fee will be returned if you are present from 10.00 – 16.00 at the Eco Fair.

Please consider your ecological impact regarding transportation, energy use, packaging, country of origin, sustainability of products and waste.
We encourage no single use plastic and polystyrene eg bottles/cups etc reusable/recyclable items are recommended eg metal cans.
Each stall holder will be expected to deal with any waste produced in their stall area.
Only recyclable single use giveaways are acceptable e.g. paper.
All waste is to be removed by the stall holder at the end of the Festival.

ALL stall holders will need to provide public liability insurance.
