PREMIUM SERVICE

Available in all our rooms

We provide:

  • Four-hour sessions – 9am-1pm; 1pm-5pm; 5pm-9pm
  • Services of the Hospitality Manager
  • Setting up the room for your requirements
  • On-arrival and mid-session refreshments served
  • Delegate packs – water, pads, pens – for boardroom layout
  • Fully accessible toilet facilities
  • Free WiFi

The Minster car park (free) is available for visitors. It has 30 places although a place cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges:

  • Data projector with sound and induction loop – £15 per session
  • Buffet lunch/tea – £7 per person

STANDARD SERVICE

Available in all rooms except the Parish Centre Boardroom

A standard service booking means that the hirer is responsible for:

  • Collecting keys
  • Opening venue
  • Arranging furniture to suit
  • Replacing furniture at the end
  • Locking up
  • Returning the key

The Minster car park (free) is available for visitors. It has 30 places although a place cannot be guaranteed.

Free WiFi is available but the hiring of our projector/sound system is not included with standard service.

Additional charge:

  • £10 for the use of the kitchen for making tea/coffee
