The Minster clergy are involved each week with bereaved families, and conduct funeral services in the Minster, the associated churches and in cemeteries and crematoria.
Arrangements for funerals are made in the first place with the funeral directors and then the clergy responsible for the funeral will visit the bereaved family.
Three times a year we offer a service for the bereaved, where those who have died recently are remembered, prayers offered and candles are lit. Our bereavement team is involved in visiting and inviting people to these services.
