Becoming a Friend
By becoming a Friend of Beverley Minster you will:
- Be ensuring that any modern furnishings or developments in the Minster are of the highest quality.
- Be entitled to attend the AGM in September – the day includes a lecture in the afternoon, followed by the AGM, tea (and the opportunity to meet other Friends) and Festival Evensong
- Receive a copy of the Annual Report which gives information about the life of the church today and includes articles on the history and architecture of this great building
- Be invited to join organised study days, excursions, outings to places of interest and to attend the Annual Dinner in October
At present membership stands at about 700.
If you would like to become a Friend of Beverley Minster please complete the application form below which will be sent to the Friends Membership Secretary. The minimum annual subscription is £15 but Friends are invited to set their own level of annual subscription.
